VITAL STATISTICS DOCUMENTS:

This applies to Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates and/or Divorce Decrees. These cannot be apostilled or legalized unless they are originals. Copies will not be accepted. I you need to order certified copies, go to www.VitalCheck.com. Once you have the documents, we can work with them and get your documents apostilled or legalized.

Please note that Death Certificates muse be STATE ISSUED. If a Death Certificate is Local it will not be accepted.

FEDERAL DOCUMENTS BEING SUBMITTED TO DEPARTMENT OF STATE

At this time, due to COVID19, the current processing time a the US Department of State is upwards of 2 weeks. We have observed processing times ranging from 2 to 4 weeks. These estimated timings are subject to change and are soley dependent on the State Department backlog.

Unless the job is expedited, jobs are usually completed after 12:00 Noon EST. If you would like a status of the job, please text 215-870-3103.
