Our building has 24 hour access to federal express and UPS which makes it convenient for you to mail the packages.
We can do this for you on weekends by appointment.
For many reasons, including the pandemic, it has become easier to designate someone to attend a closing. This is especially true if the closing is in another state. Center City Notary will assist you (or your clients) in making sure the documents are notarized correctly and timely so that the Closing can be completed.
You may come to our office at the Land Title Building located at 100 South Broad Street. We have done our best to make the office Covid safe using plexiglass and wearing masks and not sharing pens with each other. This needs to be done by appointment to make sure we are observing proper social distancing.
We can scan the documents for you so that you can send them to the relevant parties.
