How it works:
1. A notarized Power of Attorney is signed and notarized allowing the designated party to appear at the closing. The Power of Attorney is restricted to the Closing and once the Closing is completed the document cannot be used for other purposes.
2. Our professional closers review all documents to make sure they are signed and notarized correctly.
3. The documents are then scanned so they can be circulated to all relevant parties.
Our office has 24 hour access to federal express and UPS.
Fees are determined by the amount of notaries required and travel when applicable.
