Steps:

 1. Submit: Email your FBI Background Check in PDF format to [email protected]. You can send the pdf you received from wherever you obtained your FBI Background Check.  

 2. Process: We will process and certify your document as an E-App and as a hard copy via the U.S. Department of State.

 3. Delivery: Receive your state-certified document via email within 24-48 business hours.  If required, we can submit your document to the U.S. Department of State at no additional charge, but with 3-4 week waiting period.

The FBI allows you to request a background check through a list of approved channelers, which makes the process fast and efficient. These channelers can submit your fingerprints and provide you with the official FBI report. Visit the FBI’s list of approved channelers to find the right option for you, and once you have your results, we’re ready to notarize them quickly and securely!

Apostille for International Use

If your FBI background check is intended for use outside the United States, it will require legalization for it to be accepted by foreign authorities. Legalization will certify the authenticity of your document and ensures it’s recognized in countries that are part of the Hague Convention. If your destination country is a Non-Hague country, we can guide you through the alternative authentication process. For your convenience, here’s a list of Hague countries and non-Hague countries. Our team will help you determine the best option and handle the entire process from start to finish, so your document is properly certified for international use.
